fresh cut

Recently, my favourite fabric store, sent out some samples of Heather Bailey's Freshcut fabric range, with a challenge to make something with them. I always loved a challenge, and so have spent the past week happily sewing. Please meet Flower who is modelling the latest fabrics!

You can see what some others have made here. Have a great Easter break everyone. We are off to Phillip Island again, so will catch up when we get back.

I. love. this. so. much.

I've always been afraid of sewing hair on a doll. Is it terribly difficult?

I keep doing that. Writing the web address in the name box. Dufus.

Hi!
I've not been here for ages, I get so lost in blog links these days trailing off in strange directions, so it was lovely to get your comment (thank you) and come back here to see all your fabulous makings, like your peg bag and kimono bag... and the tiger fun in the grass!

Flower is so pretty! And I can't 'make clothes, but maybe I could make doll clothes because she doesn't really have to be comfortable in them, right? :o)

Hey that's a great use of your Heather Bailey fabric. Mine's still sitting on the table I can't bring my self to do anything but admire it. Thanks for the congrats! I'm very happy to take the napping advice - not sure I can give up the relish yet...maybe closer to the due date!
